A top priority of ours is - and always will be - the safety of our restaurant community, including our guests. In light of evolving news around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we at Baky Hospitality group, will be re-open its restaurants to the public – except SHINKŌ - following stringent measures and precautions.



At Baky Hospitality, we are following local and international public health guidelines to minimize the risk of contracting and spreading the virus to their guests. In the words of Dr Mena Wagdy, Quality Control Manager of the group:


"We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure our staff and guests' safety. We are disinfecting commonly touched surfaces often, sanitizing tables and seats between every guest. Using virtual menus to avoid any contact and cleaning high-touch areas more regularly, such as bathrooms and doorknobs."



We already hold a high standard when it comes to the cleanliness of our restaurants. During this time as an additional measure, our staff will be required to wear masks and gloves. 


•  All restaurant floor plans will be rearranged, ensuring a minimum of 2 meters between each table. 

•  Reading the temperature of all guests will be mandatory when they check-in.

•  We will provide hand sanitizers to all our guests at the entrance and on every single table.

•  We will also provide one-use cutlery to our guests as an option.
