Reif Othman opened his first restaurant in Dar Al Wasl Mall in Dubai. Reif has always dreamed of growing his restaurant worldwide; Cairo was next on the map, with the first franchised Reif Japanese Kushiyaki restaurant in the world with Baky Hospitality Group. 

 

Reif Othman had already been Baky Hospitality Group‘s culinary advisor for three years and decided to pick Ayman Baky and his hospitality Group to pursue his dream of opening his first restaurant out of Dubai. 

 

Reif Kushiyaki Cairo is now open in 5A By the Waterway Mall. 

 

Reif Kushiyaki Cairo offers beautifully unconventional Japanese street food, an edgy version of kushiyaki – the freshly-grilled, skewered meats inspired by Japanese robata restaurants. 

 

The family-style restaurant combines the highest level of service, meticulously chosen quality ingredients, and signature mocktails, all served in a serenely designed and welcoming interior.
