AYMAN BAKY IS AN INDUSTRY PIONEER WITH OVER 18 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS.

Baky spent 18 years acquiring experience in the hospitality business and has an extensive track record in many renowned outlets' operations. Finance and logistics are Baky's expertise, along with strong skills in F&B project management.

The turning point of his career was in 2009 when he joined Tamarai's management team and became a managing partner until leaving in 2013. Baky started his own Hospitality group, aiming to create an elevated hospitality experience in the capital's F&B scene.

As the CEO, Baky is determined to employ the most talented and innovative professionals to ensure the highest quality of services and keep up with the ever-changing market trends.

Walid Merhi

 

 

Known as the world’s angriest bartender, and with good reason, Merhi is the manager and brains behind Hamra’s notorious Ferdinand gastropub - Ranked #1 of 991 Restaurants in Beirut on TripAdvisor.

 

Since 2015 we have had the pleasure of working with Walid, as he has come on board the Groups team as our Beverage Director. Walid helps craft new and imaginative cocktails while also giving a fresh twist to our already loved ones.

Jordi Carreras

Jordi Carreras A.K.A “The Maestro” is an electronic music DJ f rom Barcelona. He has established himself as one of the most prominent artists in Spain’s electronic music scene.

In November 2019, Jordi Carreras signed a contract with Baky Hospitality Group to become our Music Curator, creating exclusive music for all our concepts.

Reif Othman is a multi-award winning chef whose work has been instrumental in transforming the culinary landscape of Dubai, Monaco, London, Miami, Singapore and the U.A.E.

 

His inventive culinary creations

have seen Reif gain global recognition and become one of the world’s most sought-after chefs.

In 2019, Chef Reif became Baky Hospitality Group’s Culinary Advisor, bringing on an array of new flavors to our palates. He has worked on refining our signature dishes and creating a set of new and exciting recipes.

Alameddine

 

Tarek Alameddine is a passionate young chef who has spent the last few years, working at the two Michelin-star Noma in Copenhagen (voted the World’s Best Restaurant four times).

In his continuous endeavors to excel in his cooking career, his path lead him to Les Roches, via the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts in Jordan, before landing his job as Chef de Partie at Noma Copenhagen.
